If you forgot your WM Keeper sign-in password, do the following to recover it:

E-mail the support service from the e-mail account you specified in your WMID and include the following information:

1) Problem description «I forgot my password and need your help to recover it...» (mandatory).
2) Your WMID (mandatory).
3) Possible combinations of your password (the best you can remember - mandatory).
4) Your registration details (if possible).

Try to remember the words, numbers, etc. you used to make up the password. Keep in mind, we cannot just e-mail you the password. We can help you by giving a hint or correcting your best guess options you send us.
